Important things you should know
Finding a repair facility. Contact us for help locating a licensed repair facility — or, if you're within 50 miles of the selling dealership and they have a shop, take the vehicle to them. If you break down outside business hours, take the vehicle to any licensed repair facility, but authorization from us must be received before repairs are performed.
Before any work happens. Give the repair facility a copy of your service contract and have them call us at 833-372-7526 before servicing your vehicle. We review the repair order, call you to explain your coverage, and issue the shop an authorization number. Our industry-leading average claim time is under two hours (powertrain claims can take longer).
Inspections. In some circumstances we may need to inspect your vehicle to gather information.
What you pay. Once a claim is authorized, you're responsible for your deductible (listed on the first page of your contract) and any items your contract doesn't cover.
